서비스는 바코드 스캔을 통한 제품 정보 조회, 검색, 즐겨찾기 및 관련 기능을 제공합니다. 서비스의 내용은 개선을 위해 변경될 수 있습니다.
제3조 (제품 정보의 정확성)
서비스가 제공하는 제품 정보는 공개된 자료 및 제3자 데이터를 기반으로 하며, 최신성·완전성·정확성을 보장하지 않습니다. 알레르기, 식품 안전, 구매 등 중요한 결정은 반드시 제품 실물의 표기 및 제조사 정보를 확인하시기 바랍니다.
제4조 (이용자의 의무)
- 이용자는 관련 법령과 본 약관을 준수해야 합니다.
- 서비스를 부정한 목적이나 방법으로 이용하거나, 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
- 타인의 정보를 도용하거나 허위 정보를 등록해서는 안 됩니다.
제5조 (지식재산권)
서비스 및 그 구성요소(디자인, 로고, 소프트웨어 등)에 대한 권리는 서비스 운영자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 사전 동의 없이 이를 복제·배포·이용할 수 없습니다.
제6조 (책임의 제한)
서비스는 무상으로 제공되며, 천재지변·제3자 데이터 오류·이용자 기기 환경 등 운영자의 합리적 통제를 벗어난 사유로 발생한 손해에 대해 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.
